Talking to a guy at work today about the car we started getting into what i was making it for. For the record, 91 Dodge Stealth RT/TT AWD and all the toys. I wanted something fun, and still easy to drive on the street, but wanted a turbo that would meet the needs of the car better than the 9b. Something that wasn't an arm and a leg to buy, and something that would be easy to replace if the turbo goes bad in the future. 13g or 15g's were spendy to get machined out, but would have been a good match for the car.
I'm going with a 14b and a large 16g on the car at this point, and someone was arguing that a T-25 off the 2g's would have been better. Hold the PSI i wanted to red line, not have as much turbo lag. Which isn't too big of a deal for me, and put down some decent power.
My question for you guys, what would YOU have done if it was your car?

Go with two 16G's.

I would say 2x 14b's since you can get them for cheap, but finding them in good condition is not super easy anymore. With that in mind, sourcing MHI Evo3 16g's for a good price brand new is easy peasy, and you KNOW they will be reliable.
Finding the adapter plates for a good price is not as easy anymore from what I hear, but if I had a 3/S, I would do that and AEM in a heartbeat.

Too much custom piping. He wants it streetable. twin E316G's will be more reliable and make damn good power on a 'street' setup.

E316g's would be nice in the future, now i'm working on getting the manifolds made up smic's upgraded and everything on the car up to par and in good shape. That will probably be my turbo upgrade next though. Run the big 16g and 14b/17c when it comes in till next year. If the 16g/17c works well i may even stick with it, hard to say without test driving the car.

Lots of power being made from 16g's. Just ditch the sidemounts and go with a nice sized fmic.

Upgraded SMIC's have put down 500+ horespower, although i LOVE the look of a FMIC i like the sleeper idea. Upgraded SMIC's i get enough cooling power for what i'm doing. And i can pop the hood and looks stock.
Still not sure on the IC part of it, but i KNOW i'll be going upgraded, just not sure how yet.
