i need help my clutch well not disengage and i dont know how to ajust it or if you can. i have to be to work in an hour and i drive my car for work HELP ME PLEASE!!!
i have a 94 talon with a 1.8 and a 5 speed.

below the steering colum there are 3 pedals...

the one on the right is for how fast you want to go

the one in the middle is for when you are going too fast you slam on it and it releases the parachute in the back

and the one on the left is for releasing the crank so its not putting preasure on the clutch...


if its not disangaging from the clutch you will need to get some more crank fluid or clutch fluid :)

it is not low on fluid i checked that and both the slave and the master cylinders seem to be working the slave is moving. but i dont really have any clutch presher at all.

Your master cylinder might just be bad totally. Fluid is probably not going to be the answer.

i am afrade the clutch went out all together or i lost a throw out bearing. i can get it to stop in gear but it is making like a grinding sound. and if i take it out i have to shut if off to get it back in gear.

my dad, who knows way more about cars than i do say your clutch is prolly shot, its not very likely youll be driving it tonight :(

Sounds like either the clutch fork broke or the clutch disc fell apart.

I say a few springs in the clutch disk fell out. time to install a new clutch disk. I have a few good awd disks, but I think they would be a little big for a 1.8.

ok so what is the best way to go about this do i drop the tranny or do i pull the motor i am thinking pull the motor as i need to change the oil pump in it any ways.
