Eclipse gsx rims....

I have a set of gsx rims for sale. The tires on the rims are no good to be use. One tires on the rims is rip. My brother bought the rims in from an owner and never had tha chance to use it. The condition still looks fine. However there is one minor bent on the rim. I havent check the others yet. But the previous owner said that it does not leak air and runs fine. Asking for 200.00.
