Nothing beats the figure 8 bus races at Elko! Gotta see it to believe it... Coming off the corner, sidewalls rolling over and wheels sparking on the asphalt, two wheels, getting sideways with smoke rolling off the tires... :jammin:

They had a school bus demo derby at Steam Engine Days in Mabel, MN back in September.

A bus demo derby isn't much to get excited about, they don't get going fast enough to do much damage unless one happens to get T-boned and tips over. Seeing them racing side by side at speed and getting sideways is where the action is at!
