I've really never understood the point of doing a standing 1/4 mile run on a dyno...

Ive seen a couple where they set up a screen to show a dragstrip and 1/4 times for shows while on dynos

There's a dyno about an hour from me and he'll do the 1/4 or 1/8miles runs on his. Personally never done it.
