On this board, comparatively, he's damn near an octogenarian. Of course that would put Raptor just a few years younger than Methusalah. ;)

I don't think so, compared to the rest of you fossils, I am starting to look younger all the time. I think we should list ages again just so I can see how many of you are older than me. Steve, arn't you like 40 or something.

My personal dislike for todays society:

1)customers are no longer always right (ie: it's all about the $$$ now adays)
2)law makers have made so many laws that any given situation could probably been found Illegal. And the cops feel free to use all of them.
3)Laws now changed to Guilty first inocent 2nd. (at least in every situation I've ever been in when the law was involved)
4)There's no such thing as Job security.
5)Law Breakers have more rights then people who Obide them. (ie: someone breaks into your house and gets hurt. You better kill them or expect to be paying them for the rest of your life)
6)There's no such thing as your property anymore. (I thought when you buy a house you could do what ever you wanted to it. And also what ever you wanted to put in your front yard you could.. I guess I can't even park a car in driveway anymore with out getting hastled by Mr. MN Attorney Geneal Neighbor of mine and his friends officers brown noiser 1 and 2. Along with there other friend Mr. City Inspector.
7)People can charge you what ever they feel like - wait till you figure it out and then give you the run around for months mean while still charging you for BS stuff you never signed up for. and what not. (ie:credit card company's, banks, etc)
8)some how there isn't enough money for schools though yet. more and more people are born every day meaning that there is more parents/ people who pay school taxs as well. (I want to know how did we do it in the past and why can't we know) I mean no money for sports, books, libraries, etc. WTF? Tell the damn polititions to suck it up and stop giving them selves pay raises then. Put a damn salary cap on there shit! I always have the belief. That costomers are always right (for the most part) And that the people should come first.
9) The motor "to protect and to server" Should still apply to more then just traffic situation. (Police never helped me or even tried to help me when I was getting robbed) All they said was "You shouldn't have put that stuff in your car anyways" meaning 16K stereo system got stollen and there were hand prints all over the freaking car because i hadn't washed it in a month. But they said this isn't miami Vice and we dont' do things like that.

basically although we still have the best country in the World IMO... I still think it going down hill.

I'm sure you probably won't make any money till the 2nd quarter at the earliest. My mom started her own business like a year ago, and she's only been paid two or three times since then. Good luck to you though! :dsmrule:

I used to think that. My past 3 years working at Burger King has taught me different. I would say all HONEST customers are right. 50% of the customers lie out their asses and i fucking hate them for it. I mean, i will KNOW 100% that thier sandwich was made how they said, but they bitch it wasnt made right. I will KNOW that i put that chicken tender in there, but they claim i didnt. And yet i have to give this shit to them for free. Sometimes i fuck up and i know it, but some of the time people are just bitches wanting free food. People will call out of the blue saying we missed whole meals that they were charged for, and no they dont have a reciept. Sometimes if they are nice we will give it to them, if they bitch we basicly say F you stop lying out your ass. I mean yes companies go for the almight dallor, and have for along time. But more and more individuals are becoming greedy and wanting shit they didnt pay for.....sorry...

That is true honest customers.

I was at a BurgerKing once and watched a guy get a free lunch.

The guy said he called up a phone order "Yesterday" picked it up and went back home but when he got home he found it was completely the wrong food.

So he threw it out. And because of that he was ranting that they owed him a lunch.

they asked for a reciept, they asked what time it was ordered, what all it was.

And the guy couldn't answer the questions in a "Straight way" but because he was basically causing a huge scene they gave him a lunch.

anycase I was at the mcdonalds on uni and I bought 3 cheeseburgers and a large fry. I asked for ketchup. They only gave me 2 packets when i asked for more they said it's company polisy that you can only get 2 or something like that.

I was like WTF? Anycase that point being I hate how the law breakers out there effect the honest people who work hard.

Another thing is freaking Unemployment. I know people that flat out made me think WTF when I heard there unemployment stories.

1) single mother - 1 kid. This person was dating a friend of mines brohter. She Get's a town home bigger then Jana and Allan's in Apple Valley (just for refernce since most of you probably have been there) She gets a car, all bill related to both, food, and allowance paid for by the state and she doesn't work.

2)There was a girl that used to work for me back when I was an Area manager of RGIS. She was a single mother of 5 kids. She worked 60hrs a week as a Team lead for us but all her money she earned from us could only cover child day car. So she seeked help through unemployment and get this she was turned down because she works to much. WTF?

Here's a lady who's working more then full time. But still can't cover her expensese and gets turned down for help because she works so much. But the other girl gets everything for free and doesn't have to do anything but site at home.

My feelings for solicitors or those people that go house to house are even worste. I hate it. Sometimes just makes me want to get a big ass dog so that then next damn person to ring my door bell trying to sell me magazine subscriptions will be like "HELL NO" and move the fuck on!
