90' TSI FWD - 1800obo

Like the title says, i have a FWD talon TSI (alot of people say there is no such thing but that is not true). it's a 5spd, burgandy w/ charcoal bottom. white leather interior (factory that is MINT!!) the interior is pretty close to flawless. it has a new head gasket, valve cover, valve cover gasket, new/used head (last owner spun a T-belt), new t-belt, new plugs, Accel 8mm race wires, K&N air filter, the car has 149xxx miles on it. the body is in really good condition for what year it is. there is only like 3-4 small rust spots. all the lights work, it is a great car, but the timing is a lil off. it has a hard time starting, i thought it was the compression but it checks out to be 143-147 across the board. when it starts i runs very good and this is a VERY quick car. it has after market chrome 16'' wheels, (came with the car, ugly as hell). the rear hatchback struts dont work, but i do have some working ones that will go with the car. the car needs an exhaust (didnt have one when i got the car) unless you like the sound of an open down pipe. there is no shaft play in the turbo, it spools very well. the only issue i have right (other than the hard starting) now is that the battery doesnt take that well of a charge when it does take a charge. it might be someting small, but i dont know what it is. i'm selling it for 1800 obo (i'm not at all firm on it either, offers welcome, certain trades welcome). if your interested, give me a call on my cell at 651-983-9884 my name is josh. i dont have current pics of the car, but i can get some upon interest.

and totaleclipse, i'll post up some pics, like i said above, it has a charge issue and i dont know that much about dsm's so i dont know what the hell is wrong with it. and also it needs a t-belt. it didnt snap, but i would recomend getting that fixed. other than that, it ran awsome, just a hard starter and i think that has to do with the elec. timing. remember, i dunno much, this is just what i think. lmk -josh
