My car was at MAP parked overnight and some punks decided they wanted my indash DVD player. They took the deck, DC-AC 200watt power inverter, usb cable from the keyspan serial to usb converter but didn't take the serial to usb converter unit. They also busted into and stole from a near by neighbor's car and tried to bust into one of MAP's cars but gave up. They didn't care for performance parts since they didn't take my gauges in my pillar gauge pod or anything performance wise and the 2g eclipse parked next to mine had a ACT flywheel new in the box right on the passenger seat and they didn't care to bust into that car. They busted my center console where the cigarette lighter plug is and busted the keyhole and part of the door handle. I don't have full coverage so I'm SOL and MAP is willing to fix the keyhole/door handle so I'm thankful of that.

Keep any eye out if you do come across my stuff.

Here's how it used to look.

Yeah, that's scary. I'm putting some decent stuff in my car, along with a really good alarm, and some old skool security measures for not taking the deck. It sucks when thieves take your hard earned stuff. I'm surprised they left it outside overnight.

Sorry man, that sucks! I saw you & your car there just the other night, its looking good!

When I had my 2G I heard the window break one morning. I ran outside as the alarm came on, and my neighbor was already standing in the street, phone in hand, 911 dialed and he was yelling the licence plate number and chasing some small POS honda or something away. We've been good friends ever since :D

Unfortunately we are a little over crowded in the shop at this time and we had to leave several cars outside over the past few days :( We always try to store vehicles inside for fear of this, but after a year and half without any incidents I guess we were starting to take our location for granted.

I feel horrible and partially responsible for Kou's loss as it happened outside of our establishment. These thieves just happened to wander by our parking lot on a night where our shop was full and we weren't able to squeeze another car inside...
