Excellent, that'll be the best buy you ever made. I wish I could be a buyer without a house to sell right now, it's the best time in the last 100 years to buy a house relative to the normal market. A good buy now is going to turn into a great buy in about three years.

Awesome place, could probably use a little more of a modern look, or not, depending on your taste, but the place looks awesome!

thanks everyone. i will definitely have a house warming party soon.

today i got all of the wallpaper off today. looks much better. this week i plan to paint. i have some ideas, but i havent decided on the exact colors.

i will say this... once you buy a house, menards and home depot become COMPLETELY different to you. they arent a place you go to pick up one or two things to fix something. i found myself walking down the lighting isle going "yeah, that would look great in the entry way." LOL

I hear ya about the Home Deopot thing. When I redid my room, I bought everything I needed from there at once. And I opened a Home Depot card on that day, so I got 13months no interest, and 10% off my whole purchase. Then cancelled the card once I paid it off ;)

Yeah, we have spent about $6k at Menards and $2k at Home Depot in the last 4 months. The house looks totally different though. If you need any advice on doing something, just let me know. I have done a ton of different things now, it is kind of fun too :D
