I would point you to VFAQ but it looks like the ABS conversion link is dead now.

I know it has been discussed on here before, try searching a bit.

I don't know anything about the 2G's, but on a 1G it's pretty simple. You need a non-abs proportioning valve (located on the firewall). You also need the non-abs lines, which consist of 2 short ones from the master cylinder to the prop valve and 2 from the prop valve to the front wheel wells. You leave the rear lines on your car. You can buy all this from the dealer (sub-$200) or you can find a donor car. You can also fab lines for cheap.

Pulling the wheel well lines from a donor is a pain, but you should be able to get the proportioning valve and the 2 lines form the master cylinder easily. When I did mine I was able to reuse one of my ABS lines with only slight bending and only had to fab the drivers side wheel well line.

I expect so., though I'm not positive. You might have to check part numbers to be sure.

Nope. Get the parts off a donor car, you don't have to bend any lines, everything bolts right up. Plus you can remove the ABS controller and it's wiring harness, which snakes through the firewall on the passenger side, runs along the door and ends up at the controller just behind the passenger door behind the panel.
