I made 395 whp on my old 20G, there's a lot left on the table here. A good tune first of all, cams second.

I would like to stop by Saturday, but I'll be in Denver. I'll get the new gaskets put in next week, as well as an oil change and new spark plugs (I already have a set). How do I gap plugs, and to what amount? That should fix any boost leaks or spark issues for now.

I planned on fp2 cams and dsmlink for next year. Then I plan to get a tune on pump and maybe e85.

Gap them to .028", you can get decent feeler gauges for a few dollars, or remind me and I'll bring mine to Applebees next week.

Nash made 425whp Dynojet with the old 20G that I bought off him and it was on a stockish engine (1G block with 2G pistons).

I would expect mid-high 200s on a Dyno Dynamics AWD.
