i dont know what an eprom looks like inside but id say its not
not sure what its worth
but i know its good

It's a non-eprom.

If you look at the bare spot on the board (bottom right in the first pic) there would be a chip if it were en eprom. It would look somewhat similar to the large white-edged chip on the left side. I believe the eproms also have another small square black chip next to the one on your board (so two total).
