those numbers seem to be in the right range, and sort of following how I had my safc set up, except I was running 680cc injectors so it was alot higher on the %'s and I had my low thr at 25% and high at 75%. I would highly reccomed getting a logger and going from there, they are not to much and will save your butt (so you dont blow it up). Also, what do you have for vital monitoring aka wbO2, egt gauge, oil press gauge?? I would reccomend getting a wideband if you have neither of them, since you can tune for an a/f ratio of 11.1 and you should be more than on the safe side with your egt's. Also, what psi are you running for boost.

How do you know it's running rich? Do you have a wideband on the car? These cars have to run richer than most under boost.

Your Lo and Hi throttle points should probably be more like 25% and 50%. Your RPM point %s don't look horrible, most cars with your setup might be a bit farther negative, but that varies from one car to the next.

Did you actually correctly adjust the TPS? You can't just throw them on there.

there alot of un burn gas coming out the exhaust
FYI - When fuel burns it creates mostly CO2 (carbon dioxide) and H2O (water). Chances are what you see is water and not unburnt fuel.

true true but when i just start the car and wait a few sec and then go it bogs then after it bogs it will run right
