So one of my last upgrades I want to do this summer is put on bigger injectors. What size do I want to go with?
I am going to run on pump gas (still haven't made the E-85 switch) and all I have to run them on is the MAF-T box. So how big of an injector can I run before I need some other system to control the injectors? 550, 650?

You want as small of injectors as you can get away with, unless you get something like DSMLink and chipped ECU or a standalone. MAFT doesn't do the best job at scaling injectors.
I wouldn't do anything without a SAFC at least.

Yea, you're kinda asking for trouble just using the MAF-T. They should just disable all of the tuning features on those things, it just doesn't work very well. I'd go 550's (or 560's out of an evo8)...I would honestly take the time to take your car to one of the local shops that can burn custom eproms and have them make one for your car!

I've got the MAFT and evo injector setup. The injectors don't seem overly large witht he piggyback setup of MAFT, but I have not been overly happy with using the translator to tune (regardless of injector size). It's hard to find the ballpark even for the injectors without a wideband. There are only 3 ranges which is not enough. I'd personally just stick with 450's until you have something a little better for tuning.

Ok, thats what I thought. It sounds nice as a feature when you first buy it however I don't want my car to run crappy with bigger injectors. Guess I will wait till standalone comes in the mail...
