8 months in jail, 500 hours community service, 5 years probabtion, and 3 years without driving privledges.

And he can't drink while on probation. Yeah, like he won't be drinking until he is 22! He better move to another country or something!

Glad to see a celebrity (if he even counts as a real celebrity, maybe he's the celebrity of crashing expensive cars...) finally going to jail strait up instead of a circus battle that covers the headlines of all the news channels on TV and CNN and MSNBC.com. Plus, his friend still has severe brain damage, he's not gonna pull out of it.
