What do you guys use for cutting the metal part of the front bumper? I have my fmic all in and bolted up but the metal frame on the front bumper is stopping it from bolting up to the car. I was just wondering what you guys used to get it on.

Sawzall, Plasma cutter, Cutoff wheel, anything that will cut through the metal will work

Yup, sawzall is what I've always used. A hack saw or any of what Kevin mentioned will work dandy. You will end up taking off a lot more than you think you need to :)
A Rotozip owns metal too. Usually a sawzall or cut off disk work the best.

I tried cutting one on a 1g and went through 2 discs on my angle grinder. Id say try the sawzall!

I was just going to say angle grinder, but they do use composite discs that are meant to wear down, that's how they make money, you have to keep buying them. The 30 dollar angle grinder is cheaper than a sawzall though.

So where is it that I get this sawzall? I've never seen it before. Where do I get it? Does it need a air compressor? Thanks guys.

You can get a Sawzall (Reciprocating Saw) at any home center... Here is a link about it.... Sawzall Reciprocating Saw By Milwaukee Tools (http://www.oldhouseweb.com/stories/Detailed/13034.shtml)
