I wrote him an e-mail which had a contract I made up. I asked him if it looked good and if I signed the contract saying that he wasn't responsible for the engine once it was shipped. He hasn't got back to me.

I had Jake do a 6-bolt with Ross pistons, Eagle rods, stock crank, and all the parts for the 7-bolt to 6-bolt conversion. originally was going to have him put my 2g head on since it got rebuilt last year, but since i can't trust him with a $1,600 part I said just send my block and I'll put it on. He said that that wasn't part of the deal and he wasn't going to continue if i didn't send the head out. Thats the reason for a contract saying he is not responsible.

Jake if you read this please get back to me. I sent you a contract via e-mail I want to know if that will work for you?

Ok thing is how long have you been dealing with this now? It is pretty obvious you aren't going to ever see your shit without some form of legal action. Start the process of sending a certified letter and start dealing with it the way that will get some action. Of course he is going to throw a little morsel out there for you every once in a while. All the better to fool you into thinking you might actually see something. And you know damn well he is reading this thread too. Hi Jake. So, either man up and do something legally or just face the facts that you aren't going to see engines or injectors or whatever. And make sure enough people out there know about this dip shit that he can't work in the DSM world anymore. I don't care how good the guy is with dsm's. Eventually if you keep screwing people over you yourself will take it in the ass.

Hes been posting alot on the dsmlink forums in the last few weeks as well.

I agree with the last two posts. get the sheriff involved. if he was going to do the work and get your parts it would be done now.
