Why would they ever stop making such a winning formula as Turbo AWD? I mean, in a non boxy form.
Two reasons, first they were already building and racing the EVO in rally racing so why build a car to compete with your own performance platform? Secondly Mistu claimed they wanted to improve their image and build cars that attracted more middle income buyers instead of teenagers.

I get that they wouldn't want to compete with themselves yet they still have two different "Sporty" car platforms. I think the differences could have been enough to not cause sales problems and the fact that they still have eclipses supports that to a point and an Raliart prototype furthers it.

I like the 4G styling. I hope AWD 4G makes it to market.

The 3g AWD car is pretty cool. Hats off to that guy for building it.

I'd love it if they'd produce the Ralliart 4g turbo/AWD. But I doubt its gonna happen. :(
