So what do you t-wolves fans think about this? I don't follow the NBA as much as the NFL or MLB but I am torn on this one. I think it would of been nice for Garnett to be in MN for his entire career, but I'm glad he is finally going somewhere that has a better chance to win now.

...and that is the end of the T-wolves.
Its okay I really don't like basketball all that much compared to the other major league sports.

Basketball blows. I could care less wether he stays or goes.

I agree with you there.
However it isn't like we got anywhere with him.
Plus the GM is retarded and shouldn't be allowed to even manage his own wardrobe.

I am happy for KG. Don't worry guys the Cav's have the same problem out here. James has no help. We need another good point guard. Or James wont carry the team next year. Granted he also built a huge house out in Akron. And resigned for a few more years. But eh...all good players wont stay very long.

I'm a big time Celtics fan an i'm thrilled, we're finally a title contender again. But Al Jefferson is one of the best young players in the game, and if Gomes and Green keep developing they're both going to be excellent pics, and you guys get 2 first round pics.

I love Garnett but he has never been a huge inside presence; with his height and agility he should be able to post of way better than he does down low. Instead he settled for way to many jump shots.
I think in the long run the T-Wolves were smart to dump him, he would have wanted a huge contract in a year and to me he just isn't worth 100+million dollars. They are going to suck for awhile without him but they will catch on.

I am sad to see KG go, but it was the right move for the Wolves. They are going back to the drawing board and starting with young talent. KG wanted to play on a team of veterans. The Wolves Org and KG didnt see eye to eye so off he goes. I think we got a fair deal - 5 Players + 2 1st Rounders + Cash....
