Hello all. Just the other day i was installing a new alternator in my 90 TSI. After i had the alternator installed I went back to install the battery and while i was tightening the positive cable I accidently touched the negitive terminal. BAM!!!SPAKS!!!. And now I have no radio, power locks, belts, headlights (they wont flip up), taillights, no dome lights, door chime etc...

But the car still starts, runs and drives. I replaced the few blown fuses i found. Tested a few relays but to no avail. Any ideas? one main relay im missing? One main fuse i cant find?

Im in ramsey if any local guys care to lend a helping hand in this matter. HELP ME!!!!!!

Check the Alternator fuse. It is in the fuse box in the engine bay on the passenger side. That is likely the problem.

I can almost guarantee it is the Alt. fuse, just check it.
