Well, I guess this was supposed to be my first post, but #3 isn't too far off. I'm Dave and I got into the DSM thing around 2001 when I bought a 1991 Talon TSi. It was a lot of fun, even it's final demise (which involved causing the head to lift on the passenger side, and pushing the cylinders out of round). I had an 88 RX-7 being worked on at that point, and I ended up trading the TSi for an 87 RX-7 TurboII. I'm currently working on a 6g73 swap into a 96 ESi, just for fun. I've been toying with the idea of swapping the 420a Eclipse head into my neon and forever trying to get my 7 to run right, or at all anymore. That's about it.

Here are some pics. I just took some of them, so they are a little dark. I can get more when they are in the shop.

The fun we had building a 420a turbo. This is why I want to go v6.

Another Honda swap. This was putting a Type R Integra motor into a Civic hatch. I think I have seen every possible honda swap, and I still love to do them.

After seeing these, I now realize I've done way too much car work in my life. I gotta thank Shawn at CI for sponsoring my RX-7s. I don't know where I would park them for 2 years while I'm building them.
