I just got done watching Alpha Dog and I am so flustered (in a good way)! Such a great movie, and the fact that it's based on real events makes it even better. I didn't think I'd be much of a fan because lover boy timberlake was in it, but it turned out to be really good. I thought the actors were surprisingly really great instead of some movies where singers decided they want to be actors and they really suck.

Another movie I saw recently is Hard Candy. Wow if you like weird messed up movies this is a great one. Great actors and the little girl in this movie is friggin amazing.

Anyways, I thought I'd be nice to know of some other good movies. So post up some of your faves or least faves. Reno 911 is up next in my dvd player and I'll let ya know how it is.

I've seen Alpha Dog as well, I thought it was pretty good as well. Timberlake has surprised me with his acting, he's also pretty good in Black Snake Moan. Course with C Ricci being half naked for 1/2 the movie, it's going to be a good one.

Also just watched Apocalypto this weekend. First movie I've seen in a long time with sub titles, and I loved it. Great flick. Also saw Maxed Out this weekend, all that did was piss me off. It's all about Debt.

I'm looking forward to The Contract & Shooter to show up via Net Flix after they release.

I've always been a big fan of the shawshank redemption, if you feel like sitting through a long ass movie... I also really liked catch me if you can, derailed, and crash. That's all i got on the top of my head right now

Timberlake is hard to hate. I dunno what it is, but that bastard has charisma.

Alpha dog was good. Hard Candy was fucked up, but good.

Brick is a good movie, similar feel to alpha dog.

The World's Fastest Indian is a fan fucking tastic movie about motorcycles on the bonneville salt flats.

Faster is a documentary about MotoGP motorcycle racing, and i'll be damned if that movie doesnt make you want to sell everything you have and buy a bike the next goddamn day.

The Fountain was really really good. I dont know if i've ever seen a movie with more depth and meaning than that.

Theres a movie at the Lagoon right now called Black Sheep. Its about genetically modified sheep that end up murdering people in new zealand, haha.

Transformers was good like cher said. I guess if you weren't a fan as a kid when it was in the form of cartoons and badass action figures, it might not of been as apealing.

All of the die hards are good movies. I went to wallmart and bought 1-3 ( aftering seeing the 4th one in theatres) and watched them all again. I've seen them all over the years but now I really wish I saw then right before seeing Live free : or die hard.

Greenstreet hooligans - good movie, nothing in the world is similar
Family Stone - If you like awkward humor, there ya go
