My brother is going to be picking up a cyclone motor from one of his buddies for his 91 talon tommorrow. He would like to know, what kind of re-wiring needs to be done. Also, what kind of difficultiesare there to expect, anything extra on the side that we will need to do for the swap, etc. I have a extra 1g intake manifold sitting around, so we might be slapping that on instead of having the "cool" cyclone one on. if you guys have any tips or comments on this just leave a reply, anything would be helpful, thanks. O yea, I have done some research, but I thought posting a thread up in the local DSM club I'm in would be helpful as well, since you guys are really knowledgable when it comes to DSM's. Thanks.

Should be a direct swap. Injectors may be the only difference besides that intake manifold.

I will take the intake manifold off your hands if you don't use it.
