What should I do with the headgasket?
I have a cometic headgasket, block deck was decked and head recently decked.

Need an answer ASAP as I want to put my head on!

If your surfaces are machined smooth enough, just put it on.

It would work either way I am sure. I use a little on almost all head gaskets.

The cometics come with their own coating already, just slap it on.
