Anti crank walk cream worked great for me! It also gave me cancer though.... :(

An SC61 is about one size bigger than a 60-1 wheel.
this is what confused me in thinking that it was 60 mm sorry now i see

The trim of a turbo is:
On the wheel itself take the measurements and do the math.
Trim = (minor diameter / major diameter) ^2 * 100
Ok thanks, I always thought that trim = flow (lbs/min...ie: 50 trim = 50 lbs/min 60 trim = 60 lbs/min turbo)

50-trim ~48 lb/min
54-trim ~45 lb/min
57-trim ~49 lb/min
60-trim ~50 lb/min
60-1 ~57 lb/min
61mm/GT35R ~62-65 lb/mn
You could probably have any of the 50 to 60 trim comp wheels and what exhaust wheel/exhaust housing you had would make a bigger difference in the power if produced and its lag.
The Evo 9 16Gs flow some rediculous amount(for a damn 16g) like 42 lb/min. Going to a 20G on those cars doesn't gain all that much power.

Its always good to hear people say "ya I got a T3/T4 turbo" and everything has to be an R to be cool. Sizing a turbo can make or break an entire setup, figure out when you want full boost, how much power you want, and how much money you want to spend.

Yeah i totally hate it when some guy comes up to you and says "I have a T3/T4 turbo!" then you ask them what trim it is and they say "umm.. i dunno" ok then how much does it flow? "um... a lot" :slaps head:
My personal goal is to max out the 50 trim before i even think about upgrading to a bigger turbo. Hopefully i should be able to max it out with my current setup. then its time to go bigger and try and max that turbo out (whichever turbo that may be, GT42 type R FTW or thumper type R)

I personally don't like the BB turbos-more to plumb, more to go wrong/leak. Also, it's not worth it for the few extra hundo it costs to pay for it. I was hoping that my smaller .58 a/r t4 67 would spool up quicker, and give me a decent powerband. I'm still working out details on it, like a bad clutch, but we will see what actually happens with it. I will use my old scm61 setup as comparison.
