I have a red 90' Talon shell, with a 7.50@180mph SFI 25.5 cage, with a few extras. Also there is a Kerky race seat, Grant stearing wheel, and 5point race harness, the cage was built around me, 5'-8" 165lbs. The rear is set up for a 4link solid rear axel. This would be a rolling chassis with stock suspension. I also have 2 AWD stock auto trannys and T-cases, 1 Auto 3bolt rear end, 2 converters, 1 shifter assembly, auto wirering harness and TCU, the pedal assembly was modified so no clutch pedal, I have head lights and rear lights, also front/rear pumper covers.
All the glass minus rear hatch glass is out, I have the rear windows and the driver door glass, Speed glass would be the way to go in the setup. The unibody is mostly their, minor stuff cut out. The cage has 100' of chrome moly(1-5/8" .083 wall) tubing, and the subframe is 2" x 3" box frame, total weight of the cage structure is only about ~300lbs added.
I will go from just the chassis with no seat/harness, to everything I have related to a 1g DSM, I have $1000 into the chassis with the seat, harness, stearing wheel, cage material and 2months of cutting/welding, but my time is free. I was looking at getting at least $500 for the rolling chassis w/out the seat/harness/stearing wheel/anything extra. And as you want more stuff the price goes up, not set on prices for anything, make offers. I will get pics and a vin tonight. The body has minor rust but could be fixed. Check out our gallery for pics from a while ago. http://www.lseperformance.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=1454
I added a little to the cage sense the pics but it gives you an idea.

Wow, that's cheap. There was a nice roller with a similar cage for $1000 on NABR not too long ago, and that was a good price for what it would take to duplicate this cage. If I didn't want to keep mine a street car, I'd be on this.

Cheap it is, it does me no good sitting. It was my first Chrome Moly cage in a car so it was a learning thing, its all good/done right and could be certified, which is only $170ish I think, plus drive time for the inspector or time it on a track day that the inspector will be there. If people want to pay more, fine by me.

I am glad to have made a lasting impression. It was funny when you asked what turbo to get, GT35R or GT42R, its only 7 bigger.
