Shit $20 for a license, then $25 for beer, this is adding up quite a bit! I think I'll just tie a bobber on my line and pretend to fish. That way I have an extra $20 to spend on beer :)

If you have a line in the water it is still considered fishing, no matter what is attached to it.

I wouldnt suggest fishing w/o a license unless you are on a private pond or something, those fines add up real quick. Trust me.

Once I move a little closer I would be down for some fishing. And Allen(or is it Allan? Your name isnt in your profile anymore), forget the McDs, we'll catch fish.

Just think how easy it would be to cut your line if a DNR officer started coming near you.

Oh, and anyone who hates dealing with cops/troopers, try dealing with a pissed off DNR officer. They have a bit more authority than a regular officer of the law.

Yea I guess. I think they might understand a hookless bobber, but I don't know if I'd get out of underage drinking. Stupid cops and laws.

It's Allan. But this whole thing brings me to a story I'll share. A little more than 10 years ago I drove my of my old cars (90 Mercury Topaz) out to the Big Horn Mountians in Wyoming to go camping, hiking, and fishing in the mountians with some friends from work. It was the best fuck'n time, and the first time I had even been in the mountians. Well after scaling over a set of peaks to get in the middle where a buge clear blue lake allowed us to catch some fish, we made our way back to the camp site. They 3 guys I was with proceeded to make a fire and carve up the days catch. I began my 40 mile treck back to the nearest town and grabbed McDonalds fish. NO JOKE.

That is the worst story ever. Nothing better than some fresh crappies, walleye, etc... Pffft, McDonalds.:shakesfist:
