I just had a crappy experience with Sears last weekend. I ordered a laser level online and it came with a free tripod. I get up there and they don't have the tripod, I tell them about the special deal and they can't find anything. Call the floor manager, nothing. Call the store manager, nothing. They stand around looking dumb for a while and call into online support. After talking to them for 20 minutes they finally figured it out. I spent 45 minutes waiting for my stupid tripod! The manager said "Sorry it took so long, but I couldn't just take your word for it". I said, "Yeah, like I had nothing better to do at 7:30 on a Sat. night!" Sears FTL!
