Where to get WELD EL'S

Does anyone know where I can get a dozen or so weld el'd or welding elbows found here locally from somewhere like a Menards or something.

Otherwise Boost Factory has them sometimes, and is where my buddy got his. But when I asked him for some, he sure didn't seem to eager for any of my business so screw him.
