I want to go to the dyno day but... I upgraded to a 50trim and MAFT. Got it all setup and now it runs like crap. My wideband shows that at idle it leans out till --, and the logger fuel trims wont change from %100. So i got a new eprom ecu and o2 sensor. Still runs like crap, now the wideband may be bad but you can fell the car runs terrible and dies on deaccel and half the time at idle. I really want to go to the dyno day so any help would be awsome.

Adjust the idle on the throttle body or check for disconnected vacuum lines like on the AFPR or break booster as a leak in vacuum will cause this as well. Do a boost leak test.

Do you have a spare MAF? I've seen them die before, even if they were confirmed good before installation.

What settings do you have your MAF-T set to? What size injectors?

And where along the piping is it?

The GM is right before the TBE after the BOV. i tried the stock MAF and it acts the same as the translator. i have 550s (am auto so started at 390s)now and i have the translator set to 450s and i use the safcII the rest of the way but no matter where i set it it goes lean

Richening the settings on the AFC does nothing to your AF ratio? What about changing the matf injector settings to the 550 setting?

I agree with peter, set the MAFT to 550's.

You still didn't post your MAFT settings (which knobs are where)

Did you just install the afc? What does it read for Hz when this is happening? The ECU might not be seeing your MAS/MAF signal.

Double check all of your intercooler piping for leaks? Did you do a boost leak test?
