Mention Club Mebership BEFORE the invoice is drawn up!!!

Don't wait until you get to the cashier to ask for your club discount, mention it up front! The Brookdale guys are awesome at finding the parts we need, but it the simple fact is that it is a PITA for them if we go through a full order and THEN ask for the discount. So, at the beginning of every phone call, and the first person you talk to when going in, be sure and speak up straight away, not on your way out the door!

Besides, when mentioning club membership you get special treatment! Just wait until you're invited into the champagne room! :D

I just called the parts department and they said I need to membership card to get a discount. He said I can print it up on this sight. Anyone have any clues on what he is talking about?

Mark and I had talked about doing that, and I know Chris said he was going to chat with them, but the fact is Mark and the Guys would prefer a page or card of some sort to show you are a member of the site. So I'll see about getting something up today yet.
