The starter has power from the battery. I tested this with a test light. It is the starter that is NOT getting the signal to turn over via the signal wire but is hooked up for sure. None of that other spark order and shit matters at this point. any ideas now?

try putting in the stock ECU and see if it starts.

or if you have another starter around put it in, I would bet it is the starter or the acctual switch. Did the spyder start before you started the project?

Anyways Project complete. Engine bay cleaned up a bit. Runs and looks great. roll bar to come soon as well as a camber kit and suspension.
