Seems like Allan has a lot of input on an event he never shows up to ;)

If it was moved to an earlier time, I'd have no problem with driving. My situation is that I already had a fairly long commute to the GV Applebee's. And that combined with not leaving there until 11pm usually, and me having to wake up for work at 5am, I just don't need to be adding more time to my commute.

But if we go somewhere at 7:30, and we're out of there by 9 or 10, well then that isn't so bad.

I was also thinking a Pizza place would be cool. I was thinking more like the Broadway Bar Pizza's either off Marshall in Minneapolis, or there is one right off University in Fridley, and there used to be the Palace Inn Broadway Pizza in Crystal, but not sure if it's there anymore. Not sure how central that is for anyone else though, and not sure if they can cram together a bunch of tables for everyone.

And honestly the last thing I need is more fast food in my system. DQ grill sounds interesting, but McD's or Culvers or something, I guess I'm just not a fan. I'd like to go somewhere that I can actually have a beer or 2.

I'll keep racking my brain for other places to go.

Alright lets do this. Lets poll where everyone will be around 6-7pm on tuesday nights. Then we will map out where everyone is, and come up with a centralized "city".

I'd go more if it didn't start at 9pm and I didn't get home till 11pm. But I'll just shut up and see what the regulars plan out.

The last comment I'll make is I'm not going to be up for any pizza joint for the following reasons:

- too much "indoor time"
- too much of a pain to keep the group together with varied arrival times
- spiltting bills and moochers, sorry, we all know some people are cheaper than others. With Bee's we could at least all order individual apps & shit.

I'll roll to a pizza joint if the weather is bad or it's chilli out or something, but not on a nice night.

I like Brandon's idea of pizza. I also agree that I'd prefer a place where I can tip back a few beers. Heck, I also agree about his fast food comment.

Uptown Old Chicago is central, but parking there is a nightmare so thats out.

I'd go more too if it started much earlier. I think there's more and more of us that work Full Time (regular) office hours (and earlier), so starting a meet at 9 p.m. and having to drive 30-45 min. each way isn't my idea of a fun night.

I do agree with one thing Allan said. On a nice summer day, at 7:30, the sun will still be out and it'd be nice to maybe chill outside a little bit. Maybe somewhere with a nice patio outside. Every MAJORS that I've ever been to had a patio outside to chill on. And if we don't have a ton of tables together, well shit you just chill and lean on the railing or something. And if it starts raining, well you just head inside, to the bar, play pool, whatever. Something like a Champps or Majors maybe, something with a patio would be cool. That way you have food, you have beer, maybe some Golf or Bowling video games, some pool tables...

I do still like the idea of a Pizza place though, and I do believe the Broadway in Fridley has a patio, but that is northern Fridley and may be a bit of a drive for the southern folk.

I'm going to continue brain stormin!

Oh it's still a fun night, it's the morning that's not very fun though!!

Actually, Major's is a REALLY good idea. Katelyn get's 25 dollar gift ceretificates there, so that would really help out with the bill. The happy hour isn't till later, but I'd still be game. What's a good central location for everyone?
