I am working on a 94 galant sohc 4g64 a friend got for free because some guy didn't want to have to deal with it. We noticed that the exhaust ports were the same as a 1g turbo 4g63, so for fun we took a manifold and turbo off a 90 gsx. It was bolted on along with a cheap fmu. Thinking we might get it to work cheap we have about $200 in it and it runs fine except for when it starts to boost. It tottaly falls on it's face. I was wondering if any one knows or even has any ideas on what we can do to make it work.(ex: different maf, safc, anything) thanks.

upon further review the mas is the same as every other dsm so it has to be just more fuel right? We will try my safc I dug out of my other talon project. does any one know how far the stock injectors will get you? I might just grab my stock 2g injectors too. Thanks for the ideas. Let me know if you think of anything else.

the 450s will burn up the ecu you need the resistor pack that the goes with them. other than that they are close to a 4g63. I think the stock ones are around 280cc but don't quote me on that I just know its in the 200s. check out www.club3g.com and look at their threads about it many people have boosted those motors and there is a lot of info on that site about doing it.
good luck, I only have about three more parts to gather and I will be doing the same thing.
