I have a 92 Galant VR4 and I was wondering if tehre was anyone that could help me program my EPROM to compensate for my 550 injectors, 2g mas, and fuel pump. Any help would be great, thanks!

First off you need something to socket your ecu, so that you can actually remove the eprom. Second you need an eprom burner or a Moates Ostrich to actually run some code on.
There is also an entire separate national forum devoted to these topics, but i forgot its exact name and i'm too lazy to find it for you. :)

We socket and burn chips for dsm's nearly every 2 weeks.

$60 for socketing, $75 for the chip.
