I just sold the same car in a bit worse shape, less miles for $800, although that was a moment of weakness on my part.

What's the green hat for? This looks like it's at a dealer auction or impound lot.

I don't think KBB is much to go by. It can be way off. I usually try to search for similar cars being sold.

But the main point is right on. I'd say you're at least a grand too high on the asking price, probably more. It is clean, but it's also an auto :( BTW, I bought my 91 TSI with 115K on the clock for $1,900 and I feel like I paid too much.

I see that in books an value of this car .. is very low.. and auto too is lower..
Maybe I 'll have to sell at $3000.00.. or something in that ball park..

I'll take this of the forsale list.. now that it is not worth anything..
