i have a 14b turbo just wondering if an external wastegate would be a worthwild investment?
what types of advantages would I get out of one?
Is it worth the money?
thanks

A waist gate does what it says, waists energy, The bigger your waistgate is the lower the boost can go. If you have creep issues you could try a LIPP o2 housing that we sell, which has fixed every boost creep issue we have run into.

If you are getting creep just get a better o2 housing and port the internal wastegate and use a 34mm flapper if needed.

External wg's do sound pretty badass though! But don't get one unless you have issues with boost creep.

I'd recommend spending some time reading about wastegates in general:
