Where the hell should I go? I'm in the south metro, but figure I'll probably end up going to the cities. Are there any killer specials, or particularly fun places to go, on a Tuesday in the middle of Jan?

We always go to Applebees on Tuesday nights for $1 beers and cheap food. Party hard Downtown come Friday night (or Barfly on Weds).
