• Police: Toddler playing on Interstate 465 at Indianapolis
• Child was in diaper, barefoot as temperatures were in mid-fifties
• Police: Mother sleeping at apartment
• Officer: 2-year old sister found eating off apartment floor

My brother used to find ways out of the house when he was a toddler. He was picked up by the cops crossing the street several blocks from home. I think he was trying to go to the store for candy.
