The car is a 1g which I just finally got put back together and I'm having some issues while driving. It seems to lose power, almost like a fuel cut, at 3k or 3200 rpm. It was having some issues with the idle so I took off all the emissions equipment along with removing the a/c. While the car is parked you can rev freely to any rpm, it just seems to happen while under a 'normal' driving/acceleration. While at wot, the car runs fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Boost leak test it. The other thing is plugs & wires.

So here's one thing I would try first.... Take a spray bottle with water and mist over the entire engine bay around the coil/plug wires. Then go in your garage and turn the lights off, and rev the engine up while looking for any archs between the 4 coil towers, and on the plug wires. Also make sure your plugs/wires aren't old and toast, and go over all the simple stuff first.

When is the last time your fuel filter was replaced. Sounds like a fuel delivery issue.
