I was driving by school today, and I was waiting to turn a right. Then I looked and saw a guy looking right at me with a black Oldsmobile Aurora and black rims go by and rev his engine. It sounded like a complete beast, so I quickly followed him. I followed him untill he pulled into audio designs in Winona, and I told him it looks nice, and sounded beastly. I asked him if he wanted to run, but he said he had to pick up his W7's.
Anyone know this guy? I wanna talk with him some time.

I'd call that bluff. Anybody can talk big. I think he was just shittin you so he could raise his own self-esteem.

I heard from a kid at school that he has it chipped and obviously it has an exhaust. But that's a damn heavy car, so I feel fairly confident I could walk him in 3rd.
Who knows though....you never know what people are runnin now days.

Its an olds aurora who gives a fuck!!!
But the newer ones come with 2 diff. V8s i believe. and the they both move decent the big one might surprise you.
This is all if your car is stock, if its at least a BPU car, then u should be fine.
AWD right?

It probably has the Northstar in it, but it also weighs a ton. Even with mods, I'd guess it only pulls a low 14.

Front wheel drive. It just sounded like a beast, that's why I was asking. He was driving like he wanted to race, so I followed him, and its like he didn't think I'd follow him.

They are all Fwd 4.0 Northstars to my knowledge. Not sure if they ever put the 4.6 in it tho. I also can't think of any AWD models.

Edmunds says they are all between 3,700 and 4,000lbs with either a 3.5 liter V6 or 4.0 liter V8. Nice to cruise I'm sure, but probably no speed demon. I can see the 8 cylinder sounding mean with the right exhaust.
