http://www.drive.nu/img/project/large/71.jpgHas anyone done this mod to a 1G? It's called "sleepy eyes" and most S13 (early model Nissan 240SX) drivers do it to their flip up headlights.

Um, say no to rice. Yes, I've seen it done, even to only one light. It looks retarded.

it's not like I'm throwing a big mouthed body kit on it and it is reversible, I'm just curious as to who has done it, how, and if they have pics.

It looks just as stupid on a 1g as it does on a 240SX. Please don't do it.

I did that for a while, but only the temp version where you turn the lights on they go back to normal. You can temporarily do it by taking the covers off the adjustment knobs on each side behind the lights in the engine bay, and then turn them which ever way makes them go up.
It looks alright... I only did it for a day.

DSM's break enough on their own, don't "modify" it to look broken all the time.

It looks awesome on Conquests. Go for it.

I have this done on mine. There is a way to do this, and not have it done permanently. You have to go under the dash on the passenger side, and find the group of wires under there. One of the wires will have a little white 3 pronged piece in it. You remove it, and you can then control the height of your headlights using the headlight button, and the light switch on the console. If you try searching "chiclet mod" on some other forums, you might find more. If you need any help with this, just let me know.

Hey, it's no more rice then big window stickers!!! :D
I usually just keep my lights fully down, so the light is just shining through the clear lenses. But if it's real dark out, I flip em up.

I've done the same. It lets you flip them all the way up or down or anywhere in between. I've got extra fogs where the turn signal used to be so I usually just leave the lights down. It's reasonably bright.
