FIgure ill post all the quesitons in one thread instead of many. If this is the wrong forum, my bad.

1: When shifting from park to Drive (N to drive and sometimes reverse) it takes like 2-3 seconds or so and then it goes into drive hard. Is that normal for these cars or could something be up? Trans fluids been checked and was full, not burnt and the color was fine
When i was driving it yesterday i noticed when i took off from a parking spot it didnt shift til higher up in the RPMs (like a car would if your flooring it) and then hit 2nd hard

2: In park it idles at 1.5K anything below a grand the idle gets really rough and you feel the vibration thru-out the car. Previous owner of the car came down and messed with the BISS to increase the idle to the 1.5K point to smooth the idle out before that it was idling at around 800 or so and very rough.
Put it in gear and itll drop to about 900 and have a very pronounced vibration and sometimes drop to about 500rpm and get very close to dieing before it bounces back to the 8-900 spot.
Within the last 300 or so miles it has had the plugs, wires, fuel filter, oil changed. within the last 3K it got a rebuilt turbo head(this is an NA car, not turboed),cams, ect put on it. It also has somewhat of a surging idle issue bounces about 100-200 rpm (i do have another IAC i might throw oni t to see if that helps) It also has a pretty bad case of lifter tick.

I think i covered everything, have any questions please ask. I dont plan on any mods right now just want to get it running well for the wife to use as a daily driver

Thanks :)

Start the car with hood open. Then push done on the spark plug wires listen for the tick to go away. Check all 4. If the ticking continues then change the oil good recommended oil like Rotola T or mobil one. If the ticking is still there it's not your lifters.
