So does Dart make a sleeved block for the 4G63?

I've been trying to research about this for a couple of days now and havn't really found out anything useful.

My questions are:

Do they even make them?
If they do how much do they cost, and where can you buy them?

Most good machine shops have the capibilities of sleeving a 4g63/4g64.
Do you need it? probably not.

Stock sleeved 4 cylinder Honda blocks have held 600+whp, low 400s is about as far as you want to go for safety though on a block you want to last a little while.

The #1 cylinder of 4G motors like to crack. It seems to happen most often with the 2.4l 6-bolt.

Go find yourself someone who will make a laser scan of the 6 bolt Mitsu block and provide you with a CAD model of it. I believe there is a company in Wisconsin who will do it. Then make the design revisions you are looking for, find yourself a big f'ing chunk of 355-T6 aluminum (same as what Dart uses), a 5 axis CNC, and you'll be on your way to having your block.

That could work for a drag only car, but you would need something cast for the street to be able to cool the cylinders.

You have already been told, there is no point in sleeving your block. You have been listening to the Honda guys that have an open deck. The 4g63 is a closed deck and will easily handle 600 whp.

My question that im asking about the dart block is simply out of curiostity, and i haven't been listining to any honda guys.
