I was reading that and expecting the worst, thankfully the child didnt die.
I say, Throw the kids in jail or what have you, and then lock the parents away for a least a couple years, for not taking responcabilty for their kids. Hell we all do stupid shit when we are young, but we usually know the difference between playing ding dong ditch and murder.
