Do you have any mods to your car?

6 bolt or 7 bolt? I have had the best luck personally with 2600 ACT but I make well over 400 whp. If you are going to slip and abuse the clutch (launching) a lot go with a ACT 2600.

I have well under 400 hp and I have Act Racing clutch with Act 2600 pressure plate. The ride is good and you can slip it pretty good, too.
Southbend,Southbend,Southbend, call them up, tell them what you have in your car and how much HP, and they will tell you the one to get. I recomend them very very highly.

If it's AWD, and you want to launch, you'll need the 2600. That's what I have, with a street disc. I make probably make little under 300hp. The ride is still nice, and I can have launch after launch.

juuuuuuuuuust kidding. ;)
If you only plan on getting to 300 whp (dynojet), then the 2100 is great. Over that and I would look towards a southbend or a 2600.

If you don't plan on doing run after fun with constant high-rpm launches I recomend the Centerforce Dual Friction. I had over 30k miles on mine ('94 TSi fwd) with numerous trips to Rockfalls and some pretty hardcore street-racing at *edit* and it never once slipped on me and always engaged hard. Nice pedal preasure for daily-driving too. If you don't think that'll be enough for you, I'm liking (but not quite as well) this Southbend DXD in my '92 AWD...supposedly it can handle the same amount of power as the ACT 2600 but is easier on your drivetrain and left leg with a softer preasure plate (its gets the same holding power as the ACT 2600 by utilizing a disc with higher friction coeficient).
