So the $357 I pay a month for storage insurance on my 1994 Saturn isn't a good deal?

My insurance when down I think when I turned 21, and maybe even again when I turned 23, I can't remember. I did that safe driver thing with state farm. Oh well, it'll go down again when I'm 25, if I even need a car by then.
