As a lot of you know, I've been gone for awhile and I live in Texas now. The other day someone said something about them seeing little people running around Minnesota. Or heard that there was going to be little people running around MN. I don't get it. Anyone know anything about this, or has anyone seen it?

I saw a commercial on TV today that says children should be in car seats until they're 4'9"... Does that mean midgets need them?

Not just car seats ... Like a booster seat. But eh...have not heard anything on this end. Maybe they think the cold make people small?
