I buddy has a 95 GS 2.o auto N/T and when you start it, it runs great but it will randomly kill. It seems to be something electrically. We put in new plugs, Wires, Gapped Plugs right, and when it kills the lights and everything on the instrument cluster shuts off and then turns on in a few seconds. It will crank over all day but will only fire and start when the lights in the dash light up at the same time. Help is appreciated.

Had this happen on a buddies car... ECU went bad on his, would randomly not start at first, and die sudenly. Then not start.
Had similar problems on another 92 1.8l a while back Febo had. Don't remember how it started... but was also ECU related and couldn't get it to start. Check the ECU, make sure battery is on tight(i know, simple shit) and check your ground. Make sure the car has a good ground and the terminals and wires you can see are all in good condition.

Try Johns, see if they have one, or find another person with a N/T and see if they will be willing to part with it.
BTW, PM OTW.
