From Tempe, AZ to good old MG. 1700 miles :(

yet somehow, the pos gaylant managed between 29-27mpg. 14.8-15.1 a/f ratios at cruise, with the afc zero'd out. i was surprised! this was also going between 75-85mph the entire trip, in my big boxy sedan. if i was in a talon i would have gotten 80mpg!!!11

what kind of mileage do you goons get?

Nicely done.
Best was in my old 90 talon.
32mpg on the way to kansas city.

I get around 27mpg in the Talon. I haven't tried any lean burn code in the ECU on that car yet. My goal was to get the Talon up to 30mpg.

How the fuck can you run at that kind of A/F ratios?

because the car isnt really under any serious load when cruising.

What path do you take? I forgot the actual freeways that I took when coming home from Yuma, but I know I went East until I just got into Texas, then shot straight North. I never did stop at that little TEEPEE Indian place that you drive pass on the AZ/New Mexico border, but it looked kinda interesting!

The VR4 got 25mpg back from Boston. The Stealth got 28mpg on a long trip with some intermittant flogging. It got 31mpg over a shorter haul taking it real easy.

for a second i thought you were crazy, with regard to your 3/S naming scheme. But then i remembered you do indeed have two land yachts now!
